SENIOR Account Manager (FULL-TIME)

We’re looking for Account Managers in Cairo responsible for building and developing the relationships we have with our clients. Working closely with our Strategy and Creative teams to understand client objectives and find intuitive ways of exploring social media to help realize them.

As an Account Manager, you are pivotal to the success of the business and hold responsibility for ensuring we constantly and consistently exceed the expectations of our clients. ReSPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points

  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction

  • Handling daily/ongoing internal & external communication

  • Identify and approach potential clients

  • Developing and maintaining the creative supplier database including contact details, prices, portfolios, and any other relevant information

  • Negotiating with creative suppliers and managing any supplier activities required for existing or potential clients

  • Problem solving for operational challenges

  • Ensuring all client objectives are being addressed, and met on time

  • Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction

  • Preparing & presenting monthly performance/progress reports, added value insights, and competitive analysis as needed

  • Owning everything related to your client; process, communication & output

  • Being updated with social media developments, market trends & monitoring the brand existence and performance vs. competition

  • Training and developing Junior Account Managers, and helping them realize their full potential with performance appraisals

  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the client-agency relationship

  • Work closely with the digital advertising team on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, campaign budgets, targeting, troubleshooting, ad performance, and communicating all advertising developments and progress between Rekoya and the client

  • Work closely with Analytics team to determine root causes for social media success or failure, and drive requirements for process enhancement, creative development, and refine the strategy as needed, and reporting all necessary analytical progress between Rekoya and the client

  • Work closely with finance on billing set-up, invoicing, communicating any financials to the client, and ensuring payments are made on time

  • Fully responsible for the client onboarding process, ensuring that Rekoya has everything required to begin work in a timely fashion

  • Taking full responsibility in crisis management

  • Manage customer activity with tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues

  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed, always thinking of ways to make Rekoya more efficient and professional

  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight

  • Maintaining Rekoya`s image & positioning as a digital consultant

Requirements

  • Willing to work in 6th of October City

  • A love for social media. You must be fascinated by how brands can use social media to further their business. You will be naturally curious about the developments of the online world and be excited about its potential. You must stay up to date with all developments, learn how it can be used to grow business and value for the client

  • 6+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management

  • Fluent in English, written and oral

  • Fluent in Arabic, written and oral, with an ability to understand various dialects of Arabic from around the Middle East

  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business

  • You must be instantly friendly and great with people. You must have a natural ability to handle challenging situations and personalities with charm

  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations

  • Huge drive and ambition. You will be a large part of a small company and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there

  • excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Facebook & Instagram Advertising, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, and an ability to recommend platforms, strategies, budgets, and much more to the clients

  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks

  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations

  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients

  • Great initiative. You will be enterprising and eager to learn and accelerate your career by playing a key role in building the business

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated

  • Excellent presentation skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office suite of services
